QUALITY ASSURANCE
Laboratorios Borinquen was founded through the initiative of a group of physicians concerned about obtaining high-quality laboratory results that would provide reliable information within a reasonable timeframe for both patients and the medical community. For this reason, the Quality Assurance Committee was established at the laboratory, led by Dr. Ricardo Mulero, Vice President of Laboratorios Borinquen.
The committee contributes significantly to the quality of our results and shares the vision of Laboratorios Borinquen: to provide reliability, quality, accuracy, and excellence across all our services.

Laboratorios Borinquen was founded in the city of Caguas in September 1970. It opened its doors with one technologist, one nurse, and one secretary.
