Job Description
At Laboratorios Borinquen, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer service–oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role plays a key part in welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support, contributing to a positive experience for clients, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Handle correspondence, mail, and general documentation.
- Provide support with basic administrative tasks (filing, scheduling appointments, internal coordination).
- Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and provide general information about the company.
- Support other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma; technical or college studies preferred.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles (minimum of 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong customer service orientation.
